Rental Rules

Your comfortable and safe journey is our concern, and we are ready to share all the necessary information so you can enjoy every moment of your adventure.

Insurance

  • Rental without insurance is not possible. Insurance comes in three coverage options:
  • TPL (Third Party Liability) insurance. Mandatory insurance for the civil liability of vehicle owners. It protects the interests of third parties who have suffered losses due to accidents. By default, this insurance is included in the rental and is free.
  • CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance. Additional insurance providing protection for the rented vehicle against various damages. It's worth noting that this coverage does not include damage to the body, glass, lights, and tires.
  • CDW+ (Collision Damage Waiver Plus) insurance. An extended version of CDW insurance. It covers all types of damage, including body, glass, lights, and tires.
  • In the event of an insurance claim, the renter only pays the deductible, and the insurance company covers the rest of the damage.
  • Ensuring your safety and the safety of the rented vehicle is our top priority.

Deposit

  • On our platform, we provide transportation for rent both with and without a deposit. The deposit is the maximum liability amount of the renter, which you provide to the rental company.
  • If you return the vehicle on time, in good condition, clean, and with the agreed fuel level, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • In case the vehicle is damaged, the renter is obligated to pay an amount not exceeding the deposit. For example, if the deposit was $100, and the damages cost $1000, you would only have to pay $100, and the insurance companies would cover the remaining $900.
  • Additionally, for certain vehicles, there is an option to choose the 'deposit-free' service.
